The Presidio Trust celebrates the Golden Gate Bridge 75th with free screenings of famous films!
Hooray for outdoor movies! I know I’ll be interested in seeing a couple of these.
The bridge anniversary will be celebrated with 75 Community Tributes programs featuring a variety of activities throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. The centerpiece of the celebrations will be the Golden Gate Festival on Sunday, May 27. For details and a listing of all events, visit the official event website.

The Bridge on the Big Screen: Movies Starring the Golden Gate Bridge
The Presidio Trust and the Walt Disney Family Museum present a Golden Gate Bridge 75th anniversary commemorative film festival featuring seven films starring the Bay Area’s iconic superstar. The first three films are weekly outdoor screenings with an inflatable screen set up on the new Presidio Main Post green. The final four films are monthly indoor screenings in the Walt Disney Family Museum Theater. All screenings are free.
